This is not for you if you are:
💔You need a lot of step-by-step handholding. As your coach I will stand beside you and help empower you as you are taking steps towards your goals.
💔You are not going to take responsibility for showing up and playing full out by taking action steps towards your goals.
💔You are not going to to the growth work inbetween sessions. Transformation doesn't just happen during the coaching sessions; transformation happens inbetween as well. We are building a different muscle and there is growth work to be done.
